The stunning lacquered jar pot (bowl) is made of solid wood. The pot and lid are coated with multi layers of lacquer through skillful process, followed by painting bright orange background. The item is elegantly decorated with peach flower and inlaid with egg shell and sand to create unique texture for the pot. Finally the item is varnished to hi-gloss  providing stunning look. The inside is shinny deep black.
 
The item is water resistant and food-safe, making it the perfect bowl to serve nibbles and snacks at dinner parties (not recommendable to hot food).
